Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is incorrect, defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days upon receiving the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Please be kind and gentle with the merchandise and send it back in its original condition and a copy of your invoice. Any signs of wear or tear (damaged), products that have been modified or altered in any way, including any stains on the fabric, cigarette odor, food odor, perfume odor, pet hair, etc. on the returned merchandise will be sent back to the sender at sender’s cost and deemed FINAL SALE.
Items may be returned within 20 calendar days of purchase except for Flower Girl’s Dresses & First Communion, Camisa de Chinos, accessories and Clearance merchandise (No returns or exchange). Don’t worry, the 20 days starts from the day you receive the order. If we don’t receive the merchandise back within 20 days, no refund/no credit will be issued. Please do not hold on to the merchandise. We do our business on-line only and stocks/inventory are the most valuable assets to us. Any packages that are beyond 20 days will not be accepted and sent back to the sender at the sender’s cost. Non-refundable items: Items not purchased from Barongs R Us, specialty items including personalized items, custom ordered items, items that have been worn or damaged by customer, items that are not returned within 20 days, and Clearance items.
Since this is a courtesy exchange, we will not charge any restocking fee (within the 20-day period of exchange) for the returning merchandise, but you must place an order on-line or call over the phone for the new size you want in replacement. This will expedite the process, so you can receive the exchange item faster, and insure correct item to be sent without any confusions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Barongs ‘R Us error. We do occasionally experience Back-Orders and will be informed immediately and will provide an estimated time of delivery if applicable.
Put a tracking number to your return package. If an item is shipped without a tracking number, there is no way to verify if it was really shipped back to us. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to use a reliable shipping source that provides proof of delivery because loss of merchandise during return shipment will be your sole responsibility. If the item is returned to us for any reason (undeliverable, wrong address, recipient not available for 3 delivery attempts, etc) Barongs R Us will charge again for the same shipping cost you have paid for re-delivery.
Refund will not be issued if there is no invoice provided inside the package.

To ensure accurate measurements we suggest having a professional tailor or seamstress measure you. If you do not get a professional tailor or seamstress to take your measurements you should follow this guide to ensure proper fit. We will make your garment according to the measurements you provide. Barongs R Us will add allowance on the chest, waist, hips, armhole in creating your custom barong tagalog. Any alterations, fittings, changes or adjustments, if necessary, can be easily done by any one of your local tailors or seamstresses. We are not responsible for a client’s fluctuation in weight. All international custom orders take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. All US custom orders, standard delivery time takes 6-8 weeks. All International orders take 8-10 weeks to deliver.
Please note when it comes to coloring or dyeing the barong tagalog, color variation is normal part of the process. All our colored barongs are individually dyed by hand. No two are exactly alike. These type of dye variations in no way should be treated as defective. And during the process of dyeing, we strived to achieve color desired, but some variations of certain colors can and will be altered.

We ship daily except for weekends and holidays. No local pickup, no exceptions.
Our shipping rates are based on the number of items being shipped and the number of different shipping addresses. Prices are for USPS ground shipping to anywhere within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). Please feel free to contact us for information on international shipping.
Orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days, following payment authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. United States Postal Service – U.S.P.S. handles all standard deliveries. All US adresses will be provided a tracking number of their order/s.
Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). No local pickup, no exceptions.
We require signature confirmation for custom orders and for orders shipped to apartments, condominiums, and to addresses with unit numbers. We are not responsible for any items lost if it is proven that the package was delivered on the address provided by the customer online. We do ship orders internationally.
An 8.25% Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to Texas.
To expedite your order, please call us at 661.888.2822. Orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day, pending payment verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Express delivery is not available for shipping to P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
International Shipping Methods
International orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery in 10-15 business days (for in-stock items only). Shipping times do not include barongsrus.com order processing time.
We do not guarantee any international shipment’s date of arrival because of customs and package examination by the government. Typically, this may delay arrival of packages by a few days. Please plan for this extended delay and plan in advance.
Customs and Import Duties
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Barongs R Us has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. www.barongsrus.com does not take responsibility for any delay in an item being processed through customs.
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service). On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number.
